The Ovaltine mention brought back some memories. I started my first supplement program when I was 10 years old. It was the same program the NASA astronauts were using at least that is what the guy on the television said. I was using a combination of Tang and space food sticks………..lol………….after about another 25 years of trying to figure it out my program is now down to simply food raised by ethical farmers that care about what they are feeding their own family and my progress and health at 53 has never been better.
